Physical Education

Mr. Subramanian

Welcome Back!

As we enter a new school year, we begin some new and exciting activities in Physical Education!  In order to participate in Physical Education, sneakers and comfortable clothing are required.  Shorts and pants are acceptable.  If a student chooses to wear a skirt, please make sure shorts or pants are worn underneath.  Also with the numerous events taking place in the All-Purpose Room, Physical Education classes may be held outside.  Please make sure your child is prepared for the outdoor weather.

The Fall has many great activities for our students.  In Kindergarten our students will be learning how to move in space safely while participating in many fun activities.  Our First and Second grade students will be improving their locomotor skills and learning different ways to move.  The Third, Fourth, and Fifth grade students will be learning many different activities associated with throwing and kicking.

Our students will strive to do their best in all of our Physical Education activities and I expect a successful and exciting Fall!

LET’S GET MOVING!

I will posting the music played throughout our Physical Education classes.  All songs have been viewed multiple times to avoid any negative or inappropriate language. If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions please e-mail me at rsubramanian@pthsd.net.
