Dear Parent/Guardian:
I hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend! As a friendly reminder, school starts this coming Tuesday, September 3rd. We are looking forward to seeing all of our Knollwood Jaguars as they return to school.
Please refer to the “Welcome Back” letter sent in August for arrival and dismissal procedures. I’ve attached that letter to this news article as well for your reference and convenience. Ample staff members will be scattered throughout the school campus to assist parents and students as students will enter the school at 8:55AM each day. Student drop-off should be a “drop and go” at 8:55AM throughout the school year. This practice will begin on September 3 and continue throughout the school year. That being said, I would encourage parents to take photos of their students prior to the designated drop off time to help ensure a smooth transition and an easier start to the school year. This morning arrival routine will help to keep our students, staff, and families safe while ensuring a smooth start to the instructional day. This type of timely and organized entrance provides that opportunity.
Thank you in advance for your continued support and cooperation. We look forward to our students’ return for a positive school year. We appreciate your due diligence and adherence to the expectations to help ensure a positive return to school. Wishing you and your family a healthy and happy 2024-2025 school year.
NOTE: Back to School Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 19th. Please save the date. More details to follow once school begins.
Please see the attached “Welcome Back Letter” including Arrival/Dismissal procedures attached. I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
Thank you,
Mr. Steve Linzenbold
Principal
